Cauliflower Banana “Oats”

I made cauliflower “oats” for breakfast! This was my first time making these so I just threw some things together and they turned out! I’ll tell you what I did, but to be honest, I didn’t measure anything!

Here goes: First I sautéed cauliflower rice in @organicvalley pasture-raised butter, added sliced bananas to sauté with the cauliflower, and then seasoned with @simplyorganicfoods vanilla, @traderjoes pumpkin spice, addition cinnamon, a little sea salt and a dash of stevia (I think maple syrup would be delicious too ). Once the “oats” were tender and most of the moisture was cooked off, I topped them with banana slices, almond butter and coconut milk! Deeeeeelicious! What a great breakfast treat for someone that can’t have oats, or for someone who needs a new breakfast idea! Try making your own cauliflower “oats” and let me know what you think!
