Homemade Almond Milk

I made homemade almond milk this morning thanks to Wellness Mama! Her recipe is super easy and delicious! It's so much better tasting and better for you than any of the almond milk sold in stores. No added thickeners or preservatives! And you can add your favorite ingredients like raw cacao or vanilla to give it some variety. I added cinnamon and vanilla to one of my batches and it's great! Basic Chunky Pasta Sauce

Dinner tonight was SO tasty! Spaghetti squash topped with Italian seasoned ground beef and a chunky tomato basil sauce! Easy, delicious and healthy! Here's my recipe for my Basic Chunky Pasta Sauce.  4 cans petite diced tomatoes 1 tsp dried rosemary 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp dried fennel seeds 1 tsp dried oregano ½ tsp salt ½ tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp granulated garlic 1 tsp onion powder 2 tsp dried basil 1/16 tsp stevia powder Add all ingredients to a pot and simmer (without a lid), stirring frequently, until ready to eat! Crockpot Pork Roast, With Some Mexican Flavor

Made a crockpot meal this morning! I totally made it up with random food I had in the fridge so we'll see how it turns out! =) I used a pork roast, carrots, green bell peppers, salt and pepper. I gave it a little Mexican flare by adding fresh cilantro, ground coriander, cumin, chili powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes for some extra spice.
